Reform takes data from any system via printing or file drop, which can then be used to create finished documents. Reform maps the data from your system to a form overlay, then outputs to Printers, Fax, or Email. Reform can archive all documents as PDF's or feed directly into most document storage systems. Reform will improve customer service by rapidly delivering all your documents. Reduce expenses including postage, paper, envelopes and most importantly reduce the labor hours associated with getting documents printed, mailed and filed!

Reform is easy to use and flexible. You can have custom forms created in just minutes incorporating logos, bar codes, and MICR numbering. Users simply print to a Reform Printer and Reform matches the data stream with a form overlay and then processes the output in the manner predetermined. Optionally you can let the user decide how the form will be processed at the time they print. Each data stream from your host system can be automatically broken down and Emailed, Faxed and Printed as the recipient prefers.

Reform has several optional plugins that enhance its value.

TagDoc archives or initiates additional workflow from handwritten or manually completed documents created within or outside of your organization.

An example would be your Accounts Payable checks. Typically when AP checks are printed, you print the check for the vendor and a copy of the check. The copy is placed on top of the vendor invoices then put into a file cabinet. With Reform TagDoc, the check copy and all vendor invoices would get dropped on any scanner and Reform will archive the copy and all the supporting documents away by check number. Typically Reform creates files that are accurate and are never lost or even misplaced.

DAC (Document Authority Control) provides for automated workflow of documents with detailed audit trails.

An example would be when an employee prints a Purchase Order; DAC can look at that document and decide based on the vendor or amount where the PO should be routed to. If for regulatory compliance you need to associate other documents with that PO Reform can automatically attached those files before routing to the recipient.
